Loftus Park
Situated next to the renowned Loftus Versfeld Stadium, the Loftus Park precinct is destined to be one of the most iconic mixed-use developments in Gauteng. Loftus Stadium
From 1948, Loftus Versfeld was gradually further developed, and in particular in the 1970s underwent several expansions. By the 1980s, the stadium had reached most of its current shape. The Stadium was selected as a playing venue for the 2010 World Cup. As a result, it underwent a thorough refurbishment. For most of its history, Loftus Versfeld primarily hosted rugby matches, and it is owned by local rugby club Blue Bulls.

Pretoria High School for Girls
Pretoria High School for Girls, or PHSG, is a English medium high school for girls located in Pretoria. The history of Pretoria High School for Girls dates back to October 1902, when 106 eager young girls from the Staats Model School walked to their new school in Visagie Street. The first Headmistress, Miss Edith Aitken, was responsible for introducing many traditions still upheld by the School today.

Pretoria Boys high School
Pretoria Boys High School can trace its origins back over more than 110 years. During the Anglo-Boer War (1899-1902), the city of Pretoria was captured in 1900 by British forces under Lord Roberts and the Transvaal became a British colony. One of the responsibilities of the colonial administration was to re-establish schools as these had all been closed during the hostilities

University of Pretoria
The University of Pretoria is a multi-faculty research-intensive university with campuses in Pretoria, its surrounds, and in the country’s economic hub, Johannesburg. The University is conveniently situated in close proximity to government departments and major research entities in Pretoria, including the National Research Foundation (NRF) and the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR).

Afrikaanse Hoër Meisieskool
Die Afrikaanse Hoërskool van Pretoria het op 28 Januarie 1920 danksy die wens van ‘n aantal Afrikaanse ouers tot stand gekom wat hulle vir die stigting van ‘n Afrikaansmedium hoërskool beywer het. Die skool is gestig met 18 ingeskrewe meisies en 26 seuns. Gedurende die eerste sewe bestaansjare is die skool in die huis van genl. Piet Joubert, Visagiestraat 218 gehuisves. Mnr. Frank le Roux was die eerste hoof van die skool.

BRT
